Hidden Park Project
The Conservancy conceived of the Hidden Park project and worked with Crystal Lakes Road & Recreation, Crystal Lakes Water & Sewer, the Crystal Lakes Greenbelt Management Committee, and the Crystal Lakes Volunteer Fire Department to implement a key CWPP recommendation. Together, we wrote a successful grant through Larimer County for $10,000. CLRRA agreed to fund the project upfront and cover the balance of the $10,900 contract. Fred Barlow of Red Feather Excavation was awarded the contract.

The Conservancy awarded two small grants to the CWPP Education and Evacuation Committees in support of the 2023 WUI Day, a family-friendly event that featured keynote speakers and Smokey Bear.

The Conservancy awarded small grants to the CWPP Education Committee to license and publicize a special viewing of ELEMENTAL: REIMAGINE WILDFIRE on Saturday, July 29th, at 7pm at Basecamp Community Center.
